少了一些些
昨天下午妹妹上課，佑佑則是到同學家參加生日派對，我偷得一個多小時的空檔，跑到新光三越去小晃了一下下。
到 fnac 逛了逛，買了小東西，就開始一層層樓的大巡禮。因為也沒有特別的目的，所以真的是很隨性，結果逛到一個太陽眼鏡專櫃，東張西望了一下，櫃位上沒有小姐，所以也沒得看，另一旁專櫃小姐過來說，歡迎參觀選購，我只好問：也沒法子看，要怎麼買？她這才問說我要看的是櫃子裡的商品嗎？點了點頭，她連忙說，那她去請專櫃小姐回來。
櫃位小姐回來後，開了展示櫃讓我試戴了幾隻眼鏡，我也一面試一面問該款的名稱，小姐則是吱吱嗚嗚的根本答不出來，我只好將眼鏡拿下來，想從鏡腳上看看詳細的名稱。
無奈的是，每一支鏡腳上都貼上了價格標籤，所以我也不好意思撕開，只是跟小姐反映說，妳們這樣子將名稱都給遮了起來，實在有點兒麻煩耶。而讓我快暈倒的是她的回覆：那是我們故意的，就是不要讓客人抄型號，然後跑到別的地方去買。哇哩咧 … 這是甚麼理論啊！不過我也沒說甚麼，就又試了幾支，順便問了小姐款式和顏色的問題，但是每一個問題她基本上都答不太上來，櫃上貼的海報，model 戴的是哪一款式的眼鏡也一副莫宰羊的表情，拼命介紹我的說是當季的新款其是該品牌的基本暢銷款式。
後來，我翻了翻放在檯面上的雜誌簡報，問了幾款她櫃上沒有展示的型號，她有點慌了手腳，甚麼都回說不知道、不清楚，我對她說：小姐，站在這邊賣眼鏡，也要做點功課，不能甚麼都不知道喔！她才以非常沮喪的口吻說，她才上班一星期而已。
其實，這不是第一次遇上這樣的專櫃人員，有的就像這位一樣，一問三不知；有的則是根本就是胡亂瞎掰，把顧客當笨蛋。我覺得，不管是不是專業，多一點點用心，多一點點付出，會讓人感覺得到的。在哪一個位置，就應該扮演好恰如其分的腳色，認真學習、努力付出，這不才是應該有的態度嗎？
