感謝－非習慣性的，感謝與你共事的人。
祝福－溫馨虔誠的，祝福遠方的友人。
反省－謙虛自持的，反省日常的言行。
節省－大大方方的，不必為了面子而浪費。
犧牲－甘心情願的，為更高的價值而犧牲。
包容－心平氣和的，包容那些令人生氣的事物。
寬恕－帶著諒解的，寬恕那些有意無意的傷害。
祈禱－誠心誠意的，為小我也為大我祈禱。
讚美－全心全意的，讚美一切生命的存在。
